COVID-19 STATEMENT

We are continually monitoring the situation and are committed to doing everything we can to minimise the risk of exposure for our guests and our team members. We have already implemented the following measures in line with government and WHO guidelines

  • As usual, the restaurant will be deep cleaned everyday.

  • Additional checks are taking place every 30 minutes with the sanitisation of door handles, toilet flushes, taps and other high-touch surface areas. All staff, as usual, will be regularly washing their hands throughout the day.

  • We are only accepting card transactions to reduce issues with unnecessary handling of coins and notes. Our credit card machines are also sanitised after each guest use.

  • Salt and pepper pots are brought to the table when requested and are sanitised before and after use. 

  • We are proud of our 5* Food Hygiene rating, we already maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene, but we have increased cleaning and sanitising throughout the day as a precaution.

  • We thoroughly sanitise each table between guest use, set our tables only when guests are seated and will always make sure that guests have ample space around them when they are dining and drinking.

  • Our staff are being fully supported, with regular briefings and additional training sessions where necessary. Any staff member who has come into contact with anyone displaying symptoms associated with the virus is encouraged to follow government and WHO guidelines regarding self-isolation.

  • For guests with dining reservations, if you or a member of your party are displaying any signs of early symptoms associated with the virus, please contact us and we will gladly reschedule your booking for the future.

  • If you are unable to attend your booking due to travel restrictions or are self-isolating, please contact us to reschedule your booking. 

  • Any guests that have recently returned from an affected area or are feeling under the weather are kindly asked not to visit until they are feeling better. This is for the safety and protection of other guests and our staff.
